“The recent changes on the Polish retail market, including the rapid growth of e-commerce and rising saturation levels in some regions, are calling for a new approach to retail properties and a broader range of advisory services for both tenants and property owners. I am confident that Monika is the right person to tackle these market challenges and to bring in a fresh, new insight. She will be also working with our other business lines. Savills is a leading retail property valuer in Poland and has a broad experience in retail investment transactions, delivering comprehensive client advisory services,” says Tomasz Buras, Managing Director, Savills Poland.

A new offer of Savills’ Retail Advisory & Transactions Department (formerly Retail Agency) comprises an extended range of tenant and landlord services, support of the firm’s investment team in asset acquisitions and disposals, and in-depth consulting through its global skills platform. To complement this, Savills will further enhance client representation services for expansion in high streets and through ground-floor retail and service units in office buildings.

Savills’ retail sector clients in Poland currently include Costa Coffee, Gravity, Komfort, North Food, LeCreuset and retail schemes commercialized on an exclusivity basis: Bolesławiec City Center, Centrum Krakowska 61 (CK 61), Galeria Rumia, Kalinka Retail Park, Karpacka Retail Park, Morski Retail Park, Plac Vogla, Stalchemia Retail Park and convenience shopping centres owned by Arcona Capital Real Estate Poland.
