Savills Studley Seattle Office to Relocate to Russell Investments Center

12 May 2017

Savills Studley, the leading commercial real estate services company specializing in tenant representation, announces that it will relocate its Seattle office to the Russell Investments Center, located at 1301 Second Avenue in downtown Seattle. The move is part of the company’s plan to aggressively grow its Seattle presence, which began with the hire of Eric Blohm, Eric Leland and José Oncina in 2016.

In July 2017, Savills Studley will move to 6,500 square feet on the 19th floor of the Class A building, relocating from 600 108th Ave NE in Bellevue. The company’s collaborative offices will be designed by IA Interior Architects to attract talent, accommodate future growth and maximize employee productivity. Project management will provided by Savills Studley’s in-house team and the office will be built out by Gateway Construction. The new space will offer sweeping views of the Puget Sound, impressive amenities including an outdoor deck, fitness center and conference facilities, a premier retail tenant roster and convenient access to mass transit.

“Our new office reflects the trends and standards that we advise our clients on, and is line with our global brand,” said Blohm. “As we grow our Seattle presence with top-level talent, it is critical that we provide flexible, collaborative work environments for our team to utilize and enjoy.”

The firm’s Seattle office serves Pacific Northwest tenants with a full complement of conflict-free workforce, workplace and real estate services including: brokerage, project management, capital markets, workplace strategy, occupier services, critical facilities, industrial services and consulting. The office is backed by Savills Studley’s extensive global resources, including a global network of specialized experts, industry-leading market research, advanced portfolio analytics, workforce optimization and services delivery expertise.

Eric Blohm represented Savills Studley in the transaction. Laura Ford of Colliers International represented the landlord, CommonWealth Partners.
