Limited availability in brand new industrial estate

A current shortage of industrial land on the Sunshine Coast has seen a new industrial estate release in Yandina 80% sold, with only two lots remaining for sale off the plan.

Scott Gardiner of Savills and Ben Flower of Colliers are exclusively marketing the remaining lots located within the Highway Industrial Park.

The estate is located adjacent to the Bruce Highway, with a total of ten lots which are currently in civil construction phase, eight of which have already been sold.

Director of Savills Sunshine Coast, Scott Gardiner, said construction of the estate is set for completion by the end of this year.

“Highway Industrial Park is one of the prime located industrial offerings on the Sunshine Coast, being located just off the main Bruce Highway / Yandina Coolum Road inter-change.

“The location provides businesses with great access to the entire Sunshine Coast, and greater region both north and south bound,” Mr Gardiner said.

The available lots include 2,915sq m Lot 3, and 3,670sq m Lot 10, both for sale at a rate of $210 per square meter plus GST.

The Highway Industrial Park is zoned Low Impact Industry with lots ranging from 2,413sq m to 4,242sq m, and is centrally located on the Sunshine Coast.

“This will be the last chance for owner occupiers or developers to secure industrial land in Yandina at this price for the foreseeable future.

“Pent-up demand for land has driven the rapid sale of lots in this estate, and as the estate nears completion, we expect interest for these lots to remain high,” Mr Flower said.
