Srinivas has over 21 years in multi-disciplinary advisory and transactions in Real Estate with last 10+ years in Industrial Manufacturing and Warehousing sector.
Srini has entrepreneurial experience of starting and ramping up of several new business lines, functional workstreams and high-performance teams. He has experience of managing and running Global Clients projects with diverse stakeholders' groups across multiple geographies and client organization.
Prior to joining Savills, Srini was with JLL for 17 years and last assignment as MD Industrial Services till June 2019. He has successfully completed various assignments for Occupiers, Developers and Institutions.
Some of them include footprint optimization, consolidation exercise, BOT model, Blue Ocean Strategy, business growth, acquisition and disposition. He has advised and supported various logistics parks development across country, portfolio expansion and location strategy.
Having served as one of the most experienced real estate advisors in India, with 425+ transactions concluded, 40+ Mn sq. ft. BUA & 1900+ acres of Land transacted, 140+ Consulting work delivered – Srini still believes there is lot to learn in the Industrial asset class.
