Over the last 2 decades he has created and led some of the best businesses in the industry. He is known as an accomplished speaker with a prominent presence in media and on public platforms, where his views are regularly sought on news channels and electronic media. 

Arvind has previously worked in leadership positions with prominent international firms like Knight Frank, Cushman & Wakefield, Colliers International and Jones Lang LaSalle in leadership roles handling assignments across India, South- & Southeast Asia. He is an erstwhile member of prestigious global board called International Valuation Standards Board (IVSB), which has global representation and influence in setting standards for different asset classes.

His expertise on a variety of issues including economics, finance, marketing, branding, analytics have been useful for various assignments he has executed for a wide spectrum of clients. He has also produced state-of-the-art research on urbanisation related issues, which are being developed further.
