The Kolkata market witnessed absorption of 1.1 million sq. ft. in H1 2023 against 1.3 million sq. ft in H1 2022 of which 42% was Grade A. The 3PL sector accounted for 35% of the total absorption witnessed in H1 2023 followed by FMCD/FMCG at 9% and manufacturing at 3%.
