Archit has been involved in Real Estate Valuations & Advisory Services since 2004 of more than 4,200 property valuations across India.

He has experience across all asset classes constituting of  residential, commercial, hospitality, institutional, industrial etc. Additionally, he has led assignments for litigation, transaction, financing, acquisition, compliance etc. purposes.

Having set up a diligent advisory practice across India right from scratch, he and his team is focused at serving funds, investors, developers, institutions, etc. He set up best practices and brought to action the full spectrum of Savills global network to provide seamless insights to both domestic and international clients.

He has rich experience across categories such as feasibility studies, optimization strategies, location strategies, portfilio valuation, technical due diligence, etc across various asset classes and cities. Archit handholds his clients through a very high level insights and advisory aligned with the business plans and objectives. 

Archit has a strong background in town planning and is a member of ITPI (“Member Institute of Town Planners of India”) and MRICS.
