Kaushik has traversed myriads of responsibilities in his two decades long corporate journey. He has held a diverse set of roles ranging from general management, HR strategy and business redesign, HR Management, Learning & Organisational Development and Leadership Development.
Prior to joining Savills he was working as Senior Director HR with JLL. Kaushik has worked with reputed Organizations like ABN AMRO, RBS, Max Newyork Life, ICICI Prudential and Blue Dart. In his last role with JLL he was heading the Talent, Leadership and Organisational Development function for JLL in West Asia. He also lead HR for North/East India and CSR & D&I initiatives within the Organisation. Actively involved in the Toastmasters movement in India, he has held the position of a Division Governor and helped people improve their communication and leadership skills and find the courage to change.
He is a well-known keynote and motivational speaker at conferences and events and has been invited to speak in Top B Schools and multiple TEDx events in India.
