Pune witnessed Grade-A gross absorption of 4.1 mn sq. ft. during H1 2025, registering an 11% YOY decline. Global Capability Centres (GCCs) leased 0.9 mn sq. ft. in the city during this period, garnering about 22% share in overall leasing activity. The city also witnessed a supply infusion of 7.0 mn sq. ft. during H1 2025, registering a rise of 2.4X YOY, marking the highest half-yearly supply observed in the last two decades.
