Office leasing activity in Bengaluru had a steady rise, capturing a robust 27% share of the gross absorption. Large-sized deals dominated the volume, contributing 51% share, fuelled by GCCs and tech majors scaling up operations. Leasing was heavily concentrated in Outer Ring Road (ORR) and Peripheral East micromarkets, which accounted for approximately 65% of the total activity.
